Job Description

Novikov Abu Dhabi is seeking passionate, motivated, and service-oriented Waiters to join its front-of-house team. This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals who are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional guest experiences within a prestigious fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional, attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks according to established service standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining area
• Assist guests with menu selections and respond to inquiries
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
• Uphold the restaurant’s quality, hygiene, and hospitality standards
• Prepare tables and dining areas before service periods
• Follow company policies and food safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Fine Dining, Luxury, or Fast-Paced Restaurant environment is an advantage
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Excellent command of the English language
