About The Role

Are you passionate about delivering elevated guest experiences in a vibrant, fine-dining setting? As a Waitress at Carbone, you will be at the heart of the guest journey—supporting your team and ensuring exceptional service every step of the way.

You’ll bring energy and elegance to the floor, offering guests attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service. You’ll be well-versed in the full food and beverage menu, confident in recommending items, and proactive in monitoring service quality. In this fast-paced role, your ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to guest needs swiftly will be essential. You’ll also play a key part in maintaining the high standards of Carbone’s world-renowned dining experience, escalating any service issues to management to ensure continuous excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional fine dining service with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Support colleagues on the floor to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
• Stay knowledgeable on the menu and promotional items to provide expert recommendations.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
• Address and report any guest concerns or complaints to management promptly.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and upscale dining atmosphere.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a fine dining or luxury restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude.
• Proven ability to multitask in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
• A true team player with a passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
• Comfortable engaging with an international and diverse clientele.
