Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Commercial Management to join our Commercial team at HQ in DAFZA. The role focuses on safeguarding and improving business profitability by managing commercial risks and opportunities throughout the contract lifecycle—from pre-sales through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Financial

• Assess and report client contract risks and financial exposures
• Evaluate existing contracts for client satisfaction and profit growth
• Review and build risk profiles for all new and existing contracts
• Oversee tender and performance bonds, securities, and credit notes

Customer

• Support business development through contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution
• Provide strategic advice to stakeholders across multiple divisions (Security, FM, Logistics, etc.)
• Attend commercial review meetings to advise on high-risk opportunities

Process

• Upskill internal teams to make commercially sound decisions
• Guide business units on governance, compliance, and risk procedures
• Support review of RFPs, tenders, and RFIs for risk and financial implications
• Collaborate with Legal and Supply Chain teams to align agreements with policies and laws

Innovation & Development

• Minimize risk from working without formal agreements
• Train managers on SLAs, KPIs, and commercial terms
• Support setup and alignment of client KPIs and SLAs

Candidate Requirements

• 6–8 years in contract/commercial/account management in a B2B environment
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce and Oracle
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and commercial drafting
