📝 Job Description
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival
- Handle dine-in, takeaway, or delivery orders
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Take and communicate food and beverage orders accurately (if required)
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Operate POS system for billing and payments
- Promote menu items and upsell when appropriate
✅ Candidate Requirements
- 0–1 year experience in customer service or F&B/hospitality sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Minimum education: Intermediate School
