ABA Therapists / Speech Therapists / Occupational Therapists (OT)

British Orchard Nursery is growing its therapy team and looking for compassionate, licensed ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapists to support children’s development across its Dubai nursery locations. This is a meaningful opportunity for therapy professionals who want to make a real difference in early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy tailored to each child’s individual needs
• Work alongside teachers, parents and multidisciplinary teams to support progress
• Build, run and track individualized therapy plans
• Keep clear, accurate therapy documentation
• Travel between nursery locations across Dubai as needed
• Champion inclusive learning and each child’s overall growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid UAE professional license as an ABA, Speech, or Occupational Therapist
• Currently based in Dubai
• Willing to commute between multiple nursery sites
• Genuine passion for children’s development and inclusion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
