Talent Acquisition Consultant

VerityX is growing its Dubai team and looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Consultant with an agency background who thrives juggling multiple hiring mandates across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding support
• Source strong candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct search
• Screen candidates, prepare submissions, and coordinate interviews with the Business Development team
• Build talent pipelines across Tech, AI, Cyber Security, Finance, Sales, Legal, Engineering, Compliance and more
• Build genuine relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage multiple open roles while hitting deadlines and client expectations
• Keep recruitment records accurate in ATS/CRM platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous agency recruitment experience is essential
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Comfortable running multiple vacancies at once
• Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM tools and Boolean search
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Sharp attention to detail with a commercial mindset
• UAE recruitment experience is an advantage
