AWS Distribution Healthcare
AWS Distribution Healthcare is expanding its Dubai team and needs a hands-on Biomedical Service Engineer who can keep medical equipment running reliably and support healthcare clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, calibrate and configure biomedical equipment
- Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repairs
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently
- Run equipment inspections, performance testing and safety checks
- Prepare detailed service reports and keep maintenance records current
- Deliver technical support and training to healthcare clients
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC/CMC)
- Build strong customer relationships through prompt, professional service
- Travel across the UAE for onsite technical support
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of experience servicing biomedical equipment
- Hands-on with diagnostic, imaging, ICU, OT or lab equipment
- Experience managing AMC/CMC service contracts
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service ability
- Willing to travel for onsite work
- Valid UAE driving license required
