Accountant

AlJurf Development Projects is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accountant with UAE real estate experience to join its Dubai finance team, maintaining financial records and supporting reporting and audit activities.

You’ll handle accounting documentation, reconciliations, AP/AR monitoring, and VAT compliance, using strong Excel and ERP skills to keep operations running efficiently.

What you’ll do:

• Record, maintain, and update accurate financial records
• Organize financial files, contracts, and payment documentation
• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense summaries
• Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and accounting regulations

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
