Digital Marketer

Novanos Group is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to join its UAE team, developing and executing multi-channel digital strategies that drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.

You’ll manage SEO, SEM, ASO, social media, Meta Ads, and e-commerce campaigns — with an advantage if you have experience in healthcare, aesthetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industries. UAE-based candidates are preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms
• Manage SEO, SEM, ASO, and social media marketing campaigns
• Plan and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and improve ROI
• Develop and implement e-commerce marketing initiatives
• Create and manage content strategies across digital platforms
• Monitor performance, analyse data, and continuously improve campaign outcomes
• Support lead generation and optimize marketing funnels

What you’ll bring:

• Proven digital marketing experience with hands-on campaign management
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, ASO, Meta Ads, SMM, and e-commerce marketing
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• UAE-based candidates preferred; healthcare or aesthetics industry experience is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field
