You’ll contact customers, negotiate payment arrangements, maintain accurate records, and hit performance targets in a supportive, training-led environment with strong career growth opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Contact customers via phone and follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times
- Negotiate payment arrangements in line with company policies
- Update customer records and maintain accurate collection activity reports
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company standards and UAE regulations
What you’ll bring:
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Candidates based in Sharjah (UAE), Bulacan (Philippines), or Kerala (India)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn
- Customer service or call centre experience is an advantage but not required
