Accountant

Power Zoom Trading is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Al Ain. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with solid accounting experience who can manage financial records, ensure compliance with VAT regulations, and support day-to-day financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Candidates with previous UAE accounting experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Manage VAT calculations, filings, and compliance requirements.
• Perform bank, supplier, and account reconciliations.
• Record and monitor daily financial activities using accounting software.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support financial analysis and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• UAE accounting experience is preferred.
