Senior Finance & Management Accountant

A leading organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Management Accountant to join its finance team. This onsite role is ideal for finance professionals with a strong background in fintech, payments, or high-volume transaction environments who are passionate about driving financial performance and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, treasury operations, budgeting, and compliance while supporting strategic financial planning. This position also requires strong leadership abilities and experience managing finance teams in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bookkeeping processes and ensure accurate account reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports and perform detailed financial analysis.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and liquidity planning.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and governance procedures.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure VAT compliance and provide support for payroll and audit processes.
• Supervise finance team members and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong expertise in reconciliations, treasury management, and management reporting.
• Previous experience in fintech, payments, or transaction-based businesses is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience managing and leading finance teams.
• Excellent English communication skills; Hindi language skills are an advantage.
