Accountant (Payable)

Scaple Global Services is seeking an experienced Accountant – Payable to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounts payable operations, financial processes, and accounting practices within the interior fit-out and construction industry.

This role is suitable for professionals who have hands-on experience managing supplier payments, reconciliations, VAT compliance, and financial reporting. Candidates currently available in the UAE and immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts payable activities and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Review, verify, and reconcile supplier accounts and payment records.
• Maintain accurate payable records and supporting financial documentation.
• Handle bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with VAT requirements and accounting standards.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with internal departments and vendors.
• Support month-end closing and other finance-related activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, with strong exposure to accounts payable.
• Previous experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and supplier management.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, VAT, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
