The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth through successful candidate placements. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete 360 recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments
- Handle negotiations and coordinate the hiring process
- Build a strong recruitment pipeline to support business requirements
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to billing success
- Provide market insights and recruitment solutions to clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in agency recruitment
- Full 360 recruitment experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of billing success
- UAE recruitment experience is preferred
