Tariq Al Mustaqbal Foodstuff Trading L.L.C S.O.C is seeking a reliable and organized Admin professional to join its growing team in Ajman, managing office operations and providing essential support to management and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and office operations.
- Maintain company records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Assist with employee records, attendance tracking, and administrative processes.
Requirements:
- Previous UAE experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
