Tariq Al Mustaqbal Foodstuff Trading L.L.C S.O.C is seeking a reliable and organized Admin professional to join its growing team in Ajman, managing office operations and providing essential support to management and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain company records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence.
  • Assist with employee records, attendance tracking, and administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous UAE experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
