A company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior IT Support professional to join its team, providing first-level technical support and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.
- Support user account management, email configuration, and password resets.
- Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
Requirements:
- Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in an IT support role.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware.
- Good communication skills in English.
