    Job Description

    A well-established organization in Dubai is seeking a skilled and organized Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for professionals who can efficiently manage office processes, coordinate documentation, and provide executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced business environment.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative functions, including travel arrangements, visa processing, insurance administration, banking transactions, utility payments, and property-related documentation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities are essential for success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate international flight bookings and hotel accommodation arrangements
    • Manage overseas visa applications and maintain supporting documentation
    • Handle medical, employment, and general insurance administration processes
    • Process utility payments including DEWA, mobile services, Salik charges, and government fines
    • Execute local and international bank transfers accurately and efficiently
    • Support property management activities, including Ejari registration and Dubai Land Department procedures
    • Assist with accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance
    • Provide administrative and executive support to management and internal departments
    • Maintain organized records, files, and business documentation
    • Coordinate with external service providers, government entities, and financial institutions when required

    Requirements

    • UAE work experience is mandatory
    • Female candidates only
    • Immediate availability or ability to join on short notice preferred
    • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
    • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
    • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
