NPOWA Solutions Pvt Ltd. urgently needs an Administration Staff member to be deployed at a client site in Abu Dhabi, supporting documentation and administrative processes in a structured Mon–Fri corporate environment.

This is a suitable opportunity for entry-level or organized candidates who are currently based in Abu Dhabi, hold a valid UAE driving licence, own a car, and are ready to join immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage gate pass documentation and related administrative procedures
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders for daily operations
  • Provide general administrative support as required
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and office coordination tasks

What you’ll bring:

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • A valid UAE driving licence and own car (mandatory)
  • Currently based in Abu Dhabi (mandatory)
  • Available to join immediately
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
