NPOWA Solutions Pvt Ltd. urgently needs an Administration Staff member to be deployed at a client site in Abu Dhabi, supporting documentation and administrative processes in a structured Mon–Fri corporate environment.
This is a suitable opportunity for entry-level or organized candidates who are currently based in Abu Dhabi, hold a valid UAE driving licence, own a car, and are ready to join immediately.
What you’ll do:
- Manage gate pass documentation and related administrative procedures
- Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders for daily operations
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and office coordination tasks
What you’ll bring:
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- A valid UAE driving licence and own car (mandatory)
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi (mandatory)
- Available to join immediately
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
