    Tornado Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Officer / Admin Assistant to support daily office operations in Abu Dhabi.     Key Responsibilities

    • Organize and maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
    • Manage emails, phone calls, and daily correspondence
    • Prepare reports, official letters, and internal documentation

    • Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement tasks
    • Support HR activities including onboarding and employee documentation
    • Provide general administrative support across departments

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
    • 2–5 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
