Tornado Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Officer / Admin Assistant to support daily office operations in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
- Manage emails, phone calls, and daily correspondence
- Prepare reports, official letters, and internal documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement tasks
- Support HR activities including onboarding and employee documentation
- Provide general administrative support across departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
