Administrator – School Systems

Techss is seeking an experienced Administrator – School Systems to manage and support Student Information Systems (SIS) and education technology platforms used across schools in the UAE.

The role focuses on system administration, configuration, user access, data integrity, troubleshooting, reporting, and application support. The successful candidate will work closely with school teams and technology stakeholders to keep academic systems reliable and efficient.

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SIS and school management platforms.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, access controls, and system security.
• Support implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, UAT, and academic-year rollovers.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, integrations, reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
• Coordinate with school staff and technology teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
• Document procedures and provide user support and guidance.

Requirements: 3+ years of SIS administration experience; hands-on experience with iSAMS, PowerSchool, Engage or similar systems; knowledge of APIs, middleware, SSO and identity management is advantageous; strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and customer-service skills. Candidates must be UAE-based and available immediately or within 15 days.
