🛠️ Job Requirements
CAFM Admin
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a UAE-based Facility Management company
- Strong knowledge of CAFM / Maximo
- Skilled in preparing quotations and timesheets
- Excellent administrative and computer skills
- Client follow-up and communication responsibility
- Presentable, professional, and well-organized
QHSE Document Controller
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HSE
- Relevant UAE experience in FM industry
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solid knowledge of QHSE procedures & ISO standards
- NEBOSH certification preferred
- Manage QHSE documentation, support audits and compliance
- Maintain accurate filing and document control systems
