    🛠️ Job Requirements

    CAFM Admin

    • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a UAE-based Facility Management company
    • Strong knowledge of CAFM / Maximo
    • Skilled in preparing quotations and timesheets
    • Excellent administrative and computer skills
    • Client follow-up and communication responsibility
    • Presentable, professional, and well-organized

    QHSE Document Controller

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HSE
    • Relevant UAE experience in FM industry
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Solid knowledge of QHSE procedures & ISO standards
    • NEBOSH certification preferred
    • Manage QHSE documentation, support audits and compliance
    • Maintain accurate filing and document control systems
