A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Arabic QAQC Manager to join its team in Dubai, overseeing quality assurance and control for prestigious residential developments including luxury high-rise towers and villa communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all QAQC activities across residential construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems and inspection procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Prepare QAQC reports and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Requirements:
- Currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
- Minimum 12 years of UAE experience working with Tier 1 main contractors.
- Proven experience on luxury residential developments, high-rise buildings, and villa community projects.
- Fluent Arabic speaker.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
