ARCHPIX Engineering Consultants is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Supervision Site Engineer to join its team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing structural construction activities on-site while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, UAE construction regulations, and safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and the capability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily structural construction activities on-site.
• Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications before execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, UAE building codes, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Monitor reinforcement, concrete works, steel structures, and formwork activities.
• Identify technical issues on-site and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Verify quantities and assist in material inspections and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with HSE safety regulations at all times.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with MEP and architectural teams.
• Maintain proper documentation including inspection requests, method statements, and daily reports.
• Support project planning and scheduling to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3–7 years of structural site supervision experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structure works.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and structural engineering software.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or residential projects will be an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
