Job Overview
A growing company in the logistics and exhibition services sector is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support its finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and eager to develop their accounting career in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions accurately through proper data entry
- Maintain and monitor petty cash records with appropriate documentation
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account balancing
- Handle invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure proper filing and organization of financial records
- Assist with daily accounting tasks and reporting activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Candidate
- Must hold a valid UAE visa
- Non-Malayalam speakers are preferred
