Assistant Restaurant Manager

Maison Mathis is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its hospitality team at its Arabian Ranches and Dubai South locations. A great fit for hospitality professionals passionate about exceptional guest experiences and leading restaurant operations and team performance.

You’ll oversee daily restaurant activities, support staff development, uphold high service standards, and ensure smooth operational performance. Candidates with licensed restaurant experience in the UAE and knowledge of European or French dining concepts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily management of restaurant operations
• Lead, supervise, and develop restaurant team members
• Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of food service and restaurant operations
• Coordinate with staff for efficient service during operating hours
• Assist in achieving operational goals and maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and developing restaurant teams in a similar dining concept
• Strong knowledge of European and French cuisine and service standards
• Previous experience in a licensed restaurant establishment in the UAE mandatory
• Excellent leadership, guest service, and team management skills
• Hands-on approach with strong operational management abilities
