HR Recruitment Officer

MOBH Holding Group is looking for a motivated, experienced HR Recruitment Officer to join its growing team. A great fit for HR professionals passionate about talent acquisition who enjoy building strong teams by attracting and hiring exceptional candidates.

You’ll oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening applicants through to onboarding new employees. The role calls for excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once, and a genuine commitment to a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Advertise job vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media channels
• Review CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout hiring
• Support recruitment activities while maintaining accurate hiring records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Recruitment platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter experience is an advantage
• Strong command of English; Arabic language skills a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple vacancies
