What you’ll be doing
- Operating and maintaining equipment according to your assigned role and company procedures
- Keeping daily operations running smoothly while following safety and quality standards
- Carrying out routine inspections and flagging equipment issues when they come up
- Working closely with supervisors and teammates to hit operational targets
- Maintaining accurate operational records and supporting process improvements
What you’ll bring
- Relevant work experience in the role you’re applying for
- Solid technical knowledge and hands-on operational experience
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment
- A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and teamwork
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
