    Job Description

    A well-established trading company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a highly organized and proactive Branch Admin to support daily office operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a professional who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining office efficiency, handling documentation, coordinating schedules, and providing administrative support to management. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily administrative activities and office operations
    • Manage correspondence, documentation, filing systems, and records
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Prepare reports and maintain accurate administrative records
    • Provide administrative support to management and office teams
    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
    • Ensure efficient office operations and adherence to company procedures

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative position
