Business Development Executive (2 Positions)

Al Ahliya Sky On Demand Labors Supply is urgently hiring two Business Development Executives, with opportunities based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, to expand its labor supply and manpower outsourcing business.

The role focuses on B2B client acquisition, manpower-contract generation, relationship management, sales negotiation, and expanding the corporate client portfolio across the UAE.

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients requiring labor supply and manpower outsourcing.
• Generate new manpower requirements and develop qualified business opportunities.
• Build relationships with corporate decision-makers and procurement teams.
• Present services, negotiate commercial terms, and secure manpower supply contracts.
• Meet business-development targets and expand the client portfolio.
• Coordinate with operations and internal teams for successful client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in labor supply/manpower outsourcing; proven B2B sales and client-acquisition experience; strong UAE corporate network; excellent negotiation and closing skills; valid UAE driving licence mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred.
