KC Collective is recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a premium restaurant in Dubai, with an expected start in October 2026. The role is suited to a hospitality leader with strong luxury standalone restaurant and pre-opening experience.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, floor service, guest experience, and service standards.
- Lead, coach, schedule, and develop front-of-house teams.
- Build relationships with VIPs, regular guests, and key clientele.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and senior management teams.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, operating costs, and commercial performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and pre-opening activities.
Requirements: Proven Restaurant Manager experience in high-end hospitality; luxury/premium standalone restaurant background; Dubai/UAE experience; pre-opening experience highly desirable; strong guest-relations, leadership, commercial, cost-control, and communication skills.
