Business Development Specialist

Excelledia is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive business growth and build strong client relationships in the corporate training and learning technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate training and learning technology sector.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Present training, learning technology, and assessment solutions to prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular pipeline updates.

Requirements:

• Previous business development experience in corporate training, learning technology, or assessment solutions.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
• Must be based in Dubai and available to work on-site.
