A premium cafe concept in Al Ain is on the lookout for an experienced Café Manager to run the show. If you know specialty coffee, thrive in all-day dining environments, and want to lead a team that cares about the details, this role is built for you.
You’ll manage daily operations end to end — from coaching the team and holding service standards high, to keeping an eye on sales, cost control, and inventory. Candidates coming from premium café or all-day dining backgrounds with UAE F&B management experience will be especially strong fits.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing daily café operations and smooth service delivery
- Leading, training, and motivating the team
- Maintaining high standards for guest experience, food quality, and service
- Managing specialty coffee operations and all-day dining service
- Monitoring sales performance, cost control, inventory, and expenses
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and food service standards
- Building team capability and improving operational efficiency
- Staying visible on the floor to support daily service
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Café Manager or in a similar leadership role
- UAE F&B management experience required
- Background in premium café, specialty coffee, or all-day dining concepts preferred
- Strong operational and team management know-how
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, customer-focused approach to hospitality
