Call Center Agent (Real Estate)

AZORA Group of Companies is seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Call Center Agents to join its growing real estate team in Dubai, generating quality leads and scheduling appointments for property consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers and investors.
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the Property Consultants.
• Schedule appointments with potential clients and coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and performance targets.
• Build positive relationships with prospective clients through professional communication.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Call Center, Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
• Previous experience in Dubai Real Estate is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE with a valid visa are preferred.
