Case Manager

Yas Clinic in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join its healthcare team. This role is ideal for professionals with UAE healthcare experience who can effectively coordinate patient care, manage insurance approvals, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance regulations.

The successful candidate will oversee both inpatient and outpatient cases, support efficient utilization of healthcare resources, facilitate discharge planning, and contribute to the hospital’s revenue cycle by maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Obtain pre-authorizations, concurrent approvals, and extension approvals from insurance companies and TPAs.
• Review medical necessity and ensure compliance with payer guidelines.
• Monitor patient length of stay (LOS) and resource utilization.
• Ensure complete and accurate clinical documentation to minimize claim denials.

Requirements:

• UAE experience as a Case Manager is required.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience working with insurance companies and third-party administrators (TPAs).
• Knowledge of DHA, DOH, MOHAP, and UAE insurance regulations.
