Procurement Officer

Hepton Electromechanical Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Officer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in procurement within the MEP or construction industry who can effectively manage sourcing activities and support project operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring construction and MEP materials, coordinating with project teams, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure construction and MEP materials.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery progress.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely material availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the MEP or construction industry.
• Good knowledge of local UAE suppliers and the construction market.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
