Job Overview

I2D Interiors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support its F&B fit-out projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on procurement experience in fast-paced project environments who can manage sourcing, supplier coordination, and cost control effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for fit-out projects
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) with proper approvals
• Review Material Requests (MRs) from site teams
• Source suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating competitive terms
• Obtain and compare quotations (RFQs) for cost-effective purchasing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
• Monitor procurement costs and ensure adherence to project budgets
• Verify material quality and compliance with specifications
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

Requirements

• 3–4 years of UAE procurement experience (F&B fit-out/interiors preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and pricing trends
• Experience handling POs, MRs, RFQs, and vendor management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
