A growing engineering and trading group in Business Bay, Dubai is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its leadership team on a full-time, on-site basis.
You’ll shape the company’s financial strategy, strengthen governance frameworks, and help drive sustainable growth across a dynamic engineering and trading business.
What you’ll do:
- Lead financial strategy and long-term planning
- Oversee financial governance, compliance, and overall performance
- Support commercial decision-making and growth initiatives
- Manage finance operations across international and multi-currency transactions
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Strengthen financial controls and drive operational excellence
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years in senior finance leadership
- UAE experience in engineering and/or trading
- International and multi-currency exposure
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification
