Markin Engineering Consultancy is looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise villa construction projects across Dubai. The role requires strong site-management skills and knowledge of Dubai construction requirements.
- Supervise villa construction activities and ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and site teams.
- Monitor progress against approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Prepare routine site reports and periodical inspection reports for Dubai Municipality.
- Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; minimum 3 years of villa site-supervision experience; good knowledge of Dubai construction regulations; valid UAE driving licence mandatory; experience using Dubai Municipality portals for periodical inspections and reporting.
