MAXCO Electromechanical LLC is hiring an experienced HVAC Site Engineer to supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and project execution activities across the UAE.
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance at project sites.
- Plan site activities in line with schedules, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review HVAC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare progress reports and support testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out documentation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; 3–7 years of UAE/GCC HVAC project-execution experience; knowledge of chilled water, VRF/VRV, DX, AHU, FCU, package and ventilation systems; AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency. UAE driving licence preferred.
