Head of Maintenance

AQAR Landscape LLC is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead its landscape maintenance division in Dubai. This senior position is responsible for operational delivery, team leadership, client satisfaction, and growth of maintenance contracts.

• Lead and manage the landscape maintenance division and daily service operations.
• Oversee large-scale landscape maintenance projects, teams, schedules, and resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance, service quality, budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Support business development and identify maintenance-contract opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements: 10–15 years of landscape maintenance experience; proven leadership and large-project/team-management capability; strong client and stakeholder management skills; maintenance-contract business development experience; UAE landscape-industry experience preferred.
