Multi Technician

MAXCO Electromechanical LLC is looking for an experienced Multi Technician to support building and facilities maintenance operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The role requires hands-on capability across several building-services disciplines and the ability to respond quickly to preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance requirements while maintaining safe working practices.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building services.
• Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry, masonry, and general maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot faults involving lighting, switches, sockets, sanitary fittings, water fixtures, AC systems, and other building services.
• Inspect facilities, identify defects, and report maintenance requirements.
• Assist specialist technicians with installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Complete checklists, service reports, and maintenance documentation.

Requirements: 3–5 years of UAE/GCC building maintenance or facilities-management experience; practical multi-trade skills; good knowledge of health and safety procedures; English communication skills. UAE driving licence is preferred and immediate joiners are preferred.
