Lean Manufacturing Specialist

Katrina Bakery LLC is hiring a Lean Manufacturing Specialist to drive process efficiency and continuous improvement within its food manufacturing and bakery operations in Dubai.

The successful candidate will analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks and waste, and implement practical Lean initiatives that improve productivity, quality, resource utilization, and operational performance.

• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste.
• Develop and implement continuous-improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
• Monitor production performance and recommend process, workflow, and equipment improvements.
• Work with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment effectiveness and OEE.
• Track improvement results and help establish sustainable operating practices.

Requirements: Experience in Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, production optimization, or a related environment; strong analytical and problem-solving ability; understanding of manufacturing operations and Lean tools; excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
