Support the Store Manager in running daily luxury jewellery retail operations, leading and coaching the sales team, and ensuring the store consistently achieves its commercial targets. The role focuses on delivering a premium client experience while maintaining strong visual merchandising, stock control, and operational standards. The successful candidate will build long-term client relationships, monitor KPIs, assist with training and performance development, and contribute to a high-end retail environment. Experience in luxury jewellery retail is required, while Mandarin/Chinese or Arabic language skills are preferred.
