Assist customers with complete travel planning, including flights, hotels, tours, holiday packages and customized itineraries. The consultant will advise clients on destinations, travel requirements and visa considerations, prepare quotations and documentation, coordinate with airlines and suppliers, and follow up throughout the customer journey. The role also carries sales responsibilities, including achieving individual and team targets and promoting suitable travel services. Strong destination knowledge, reservation experience, communication skills and customer-service ability are essential.
