Midas Building Contracting is expanding its site team in Sharjah and looking for a Civil Site Engineer ready to take real ownership of daily construction execution. This is a good opportunity for an engineer who wants hands-on site experience with meaningful responsibility from day one.
You’ll be embedded on-site, coordinating between project teams and subcontractors to keep work moving on schedule and to spec. Comfort with BOQs, quantity take-offs, and site measurements is essential, and candidates who’ve worked on industrial or commercial builds will have an edge.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising day-to-day site execution and construction activities
- Coordinating with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors
- Reviewing BOQs, running quantity take-offs, and verifying site measurements
- Monitoring work quality against project specs and safety standards
- Preparing site reports and maintaining project documentation
- Helping resolve technical issues on-site to keep projects on schedule
What you’ll bring:
- 1–2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Site Engineer
- Diploma, B.Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Solid understanding of construction methods and site execution
- Experience with BOQ prep, quantity take-offs, and measurements
- Exposure to industrial or commercial projects preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
