A well-established Dubai organization is hiring a Coordinator for its International Operations function. This is a coordination-heavy role that spans documentation, reporting, budget tracking, agency management, and cross-border stakeholder communication — all within a dynamic multicultural setting.

Candidates from a Travel & Tourism background will be given preference, with hospitality experience viewed favorably. If you are experienced in office management and comfortable working across international teams, this role offers a meaningful career step.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle documentation, operational reporting, and day-to-day coordination of international activities.
  • Support agency management and keep a close eye on regional operational performance.
  • Track budgets and compile operational reports and presentations for leadership review.
  • Maintain active communication with international counterparts and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Assist with the planning and rollout of regional projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure administrative records are organized and that operations run smoothly day to day.

Who Should Apply:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of office management experience.
  • Background in Travel & Tourism is highly preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
