Job Description

A leading organization in Dubai is seeking a driven and customer-focused Corporate Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of strategic corporate clients across the UAE. This role is suited for professionals who thrive in relationship management, revenue generation, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The successful candidate will act as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery while identifying opportunities for account expansion and business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, executives, and decision-makers
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and growth plans to recommend suitable solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing accounts
  • Achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and account growth targets
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize long-term client value
  • Monitor account performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
  • Prepare account reviews, business reports, and performance updates
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities using CRM systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role within the UAE
  • Proven track record of managing strategic corporate accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth
  • Experience working with clients across E-Commerce, Financial Services, Energy, Technology, Logistics, or related industries preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Existing professional network within the UAE corporate sector will be an advantage
  • Valid UAE Driving License and access to a personal vehicle
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UAE
  • Strong analytical and customer-focused approach
