    Job Description

    A leading organization in Dubai is hiring Customer Care Executives to join its growing customer service team. The company currently has two open positions for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining high service standards.

    The role is suitable for both UAE Nationals and expatriate candidates currently residing in the UAE with valid or flexible visa status. Successful candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Support

    • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
    • Respond to customer requests through various communication channels
    • Deliver a positive and customer-focused service experience

    Complaint Resolution

    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints within established timelines
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
    • Ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively and professionally

    Service Coordination

    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
    • Follow up on customer requests and service-related issues
    • Maintain strong communication between customers and operational teams

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Record and update customer interactions in the system
    • Maintain accurate customer records and service logs
    • Support reporting and process improvement initiatives

    Requirements

    Professional Experience

    • Previous experience in customer service, customer care, call center, or client support environments
    • Experience in banking, telecom, retail, or service industries is an advantage

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
    • Strong data entry and documentation skills
