Job Description
Fakih IVF Fertility Center is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join its Abu Dhabi team for the morning shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming patient experience while ensuring efficient front desk and administrative operations.
This role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the capability to work professionally within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage patient registration and front desk activities
- Maintain a positive and welcoming clinic environment
Appointment Management
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments
- Coordinate appointment bookings and patient inquiries
- Ensure accurate appointment records are maintained
Patient Communication
- Handle patient inquiries via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
- Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English
- Provide empathetic and confidential support to patients
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow
- Support daily administrative activities as required
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
