Job Description:
Adecco is hiring Arabic-speaking and English-fluent Customer Service / Call Center professionals to support Al Tayer – Ounass operations. The role requires handling customer inquiries, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or system tools
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining service quality standards
- Accurately update customer information and case details
- Deliver a positive and consistent customer experience
Requirements:
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles
- Must hold a valid UAE visa with minimum 7 months validity
- Immediate availability is mandatory
