    Job Description:

    Adecco is hiring Arabic-speaking and English-fluent Customer Service / Call Center professionals to support Al Tayer – Ounass operations. The role requires handling customer inquiries, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or system tools
    • Resolve customer issues while maintaining service quality standards
    • Accurately update customer information and case details
    • Deliver a positive and consistent customer experience

    Requirements:

    • Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills
    • Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles
    • Must hold a valid UAE visa with minimum 7 months validity
    • Immediate availability is mandatory
