Role Overview:
UHRS is hiring an experienced and energetic Customer Service Coordinator for Mall of the Emirates on an urgent, short-term contract with potential extension. This role requires individuals who excel in high-traffic retail environments and deliver exceptional guest interactions.
Contract Details:
• Duration: 3 months (extendable)
• Salary: AED 8000 + work permit + medical insurance
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
• Preference: Candidates with a sponsored visa valid for more than 6 months
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a reputable shopping mall or luxury hotel
• At least 1+ year in the current role as Customer Service Coordinator
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); Arabic or additional languages are a plus
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications
• Must be UAE-based and ready to join immediately
